Russell catched the last parts of the match. As he says Marsel played a few good points when he was down at 5-5 and 15-40. Also he went up to 15-30 but he finished off with tie-break.
He will play with Crivoi or Ianni next. No singles match tomorrow.

Marsel's draw is out.
He is the fourth seed here. Other top seeded players are; Hajek, Gremelmayr and Pospisil. Seems a winnable tournament for Marsel.
He will play with Knittel in first round.

Marsel is Working...
Marsel is not writing to his blog himself for a while. But since we are blogging instead of him, he got his form back so we are not complaining. Marsel is working on Yeşilyurt courts for clay season. This would be all the news for now His draw will be out this weekend. We are overexcited!

Marsel lost to Troicki in two sets with scores of 6-3. He seems to get more break opportunities but he broke once as Troicki broke him 4 times. Stats are;

In this tournament he faced some physical problems. Cramps and stuff like that. It was important for him to save his 41 points and he managed that.
Russell says that he changed his schedule a little bit. He is skipping Barletta challenger and will have an extra week before Monza challenger. If he can win 4 matches there that would lead him to main draw of Roland Garros.
